Prototyping with Lovable

We made it out of the group chat.

Last week we hosted a Lovable workshop at the CDTM - built around a universal problem: plans that are born and die in the WhatsApp group.

The format was intentionally lean: teams interviewed each other, mapped pain points on paper, went wide on solutions, wrote the prompt, and shipped live.

Two things came through loud and clear, as they always do: Understanding the problem matters far more than perfecting the solution. And the speed you can build with Lovable is still genuinely surprising.

The outputs were great - personalized trip recommendations, a "walk of shame" leaderboard for chronic non-responders, and more.

This was also one of our final events for the Fall '26 recruiting phase. We can't wait to welcome the new class.
