How eLab Works
Description
- To tackle your questions, a team of three to four young innovators from interdisciplinary backgrounds will tackle your business challenges one day full-time per week, ideally directly at your office
- You can expect concrete recommendations regarding your strategic question, based on comprehensive and data-driven analyses
- The scope, concrete questions and deliverables are defined on a case-by-case basis depending on your needs
- Results are kept strictly confidential
- During weekly skill building sessions and additional coaching, students are equipped with necessary knowledge and tools to work on the project
- The student teams are guided by the course instructors and external coaches from top strategy consultancies like McKinsey & Company, the Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company
