Franziska Pfeiffer has spent the past three years as an Investment Manager at Bayern Kapital. Earlier, she advised domestic and international subsidiaries of a global corporation on corporate-law matters.

Ahmet Bayram holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Technology & Management from TUM. His résumé includes Allianz, a boutique consultancy, and being one of the first employees at the CDTM-based deep-tech start-up KINEXON. He joined Bayern Kapital in January 2025.

Bayern Kapital is the venture- and growth-capital company of the Free State of Bavaria. The firm manages around €700 million, has financed more than 320 Bavarian high-tech start-ups, and can invest €250k – €25 million per company, with roughly 100 active portfolio companies today.
