Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Carsten Maschmeyer at CDTM. And what stood out was not the titles or the track record, but the openness with which he spoke about his journey. 💡

Carsten joined our MPD and eLab courses and walked students through the real story of building companies. The highs, the tough calls, the moments of doubt, and the lessons that only come from experience.

Many students left the room with something more valuable than advice. A clearer picture of what it means to build, fail, learn, and keep going. And a strong personal impression of someone who shared not just success, but context.

This is exactly why we invite founders into our classrooms. Not to inspire from a distance, but to learn up close from people who have been there.

Thank you, Carsten, for taking the time, for your authenticity, and for sharing your story so openly with our community. 💙

What is the most honest piece of advice you have ever received on your own journey?
