Learning from Unicorn Founders 🌟

This Monday, CDTM students had the incredible opportunity to attend a fundraising session and dinner hosted by two of CDTM's very own alumni, Hanno Renner (Co-founder & CEO of Personio, Spring '14) and Michael Wax (Co-founder & CEO of Forto, Spring '13). 🚀

During the session, Hanno and Michael shared invaluable insights about successfully raising capital while building a company. They shed light on when to raise, how to approach investors, and the strategies behind successful fundraising rounds, sharing first-hand experiences that were both practical and inspiring.

Afterwards, CDTM students had the privilege of hearing from a stellar panel of VCs representing Sequoia Capital, Index Ventures, Visionaries Club, and HV Capital. A heartfelt thank you to Cornelius, Carlos, Robert, and Rainer for sharing their perspectives and advice with us! 🙌

The evening ended with a dinner filled with meaningful conversations and connections, bringing together founders, students, and venture capitalists.
