With a rich background in organizational change, business management, and HR, Manoli brings decades of insight at the intersection of leadership and transformation. She coordinates the Human Resources module in an international MBA program and plays a key role at the Cátedra de Modelo Económico Sostenible, contributing to studies with real social impact — from the economics of Las Fallas to the regulation of tourist housing.
