„This short mentoring session may seem like a small nudge in someone’s journey, but over time, it can lead to a profound shift in direction.“ - The words of one of our wonderful mentors.

Our recent CDTM Female Speed-Mentoring evening left many young women inspired and may have been the base for many life-long connections to form.

🗯️ In two 15-minute one-on-one sessions, our mentees could get individual advice from their selected mentors. An innovative format that allows for a highly individual focus, while offering different points of view on a mentee’s most pressing career questions.
