Today I want to tell you why there are some strange cards behind my profile picture, especially if you are a student, and if possible, be somewhat useful to you.

Some years ago, my friends and I wanted to celebrate a PowerPoint night, and I decided that my topic would be about a double problem: Why there wasn't a single board game my friends would play with me, and secondly, the reaction everyone studying biothings (biotech, biochemistry, biomedicine...) has gotten at some point: Bio... what?

I have never been someone who sees a problem and doesn't go to fix it (with varying degrees of success, of course...), so I couldn't just present such serious issues ;) Without giving some rays of hope. And before presenting that PowerPoint, I ideated a board game that anyone could play and learn about biothings at the same time. Years later, I would learn that doing this is called Pitching. Those are the cards between my profile picture.

For me, those cards were almost a personal project, because I lacked the tools to bring the impact to the world, but they still represent a spirit of wanting to do new things that have an impact; they represent a nonconformist and critical point of view towards problems.

If this resonates with you, I can only dare you to take the first step and enroll in a course/ acceleration program that will give you the tools and, therefore, the confidence to start doing things your way. If you don't currently have a project Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in Valencia is possibly the best option for UV and UPV students. If you already have, there is no better place to be than Lanzadera. Both options have no cost for you and close applications by November 9th and December 9th, respectively. Attending to these programs is what has allowed me to found AjaxDNA.

Happy to help in any way possible!
