Over the past seven weeks, our class has dived deep into the construction sector, conducting a holistic trend research that explored Social, Technological, Economic and Legal trends shaping the industry.

Through this analysis, the teams developed forward-looking scenarios and innovative business models aimed at transforming the way we build our future. From bold ideas to concrete strategies, their work reflects a true spirit of curiosity, collaboration, and impact.

We want to thank our project partner Rover Grupo and specially Luis Casado Rodríguez-Piñero, Javier Bernal Jiménez and Lisardo Fort, as well as our amazing experts Adrián Villanueva Martínez and Alicia Durán González for their guidance and inspiration along the way. 🙌
