What if Europe’s most ambitious founders met before their paths diverged?
At CDTM, we’ve seen how strongly early peer environments shape ambition, speed, and scale. Europe has exceptional entrepreneurial talent. Yet founder networks still form too locally and too late.
That’s why we’re proud to be one of the initiating hubs behind Relativity Collective.
Together with Aalto Founder School, ETH AI Center, Kungliga Tekniska högskolan, EnSpire Oxford, and Technische Universität München, we’re launching a highly selective, pan-European programme for future founders.
The goal: connect top talent across borders at a formative stage, before paths diverge and reference points for scale are set.
The first cohort will bring together ≈20 future founders in March 2026 forming an early, lasting peer network that’s designed to endure well beyond the programme itself.
Grateful to our partner hubs, the founders who endorse this initiative – including Hanno Renner (Personio), Jan Oberhauser (n8n), Paulina Grnarova (DeepJudge), Robin Rombach (Black Forest Labs), and many more, and to everyone helping turn shared conviction into action.
This is a starting point. And we’re excited about what comes next.
